6 Tips to reduce fat

These tips are taken from Liz Vacariello and Cynthia Sass “The Flat Belly Diet”.

1. Eat 4 kinds of food each contains 400 calories every day.

2. Do not let stomach empty for more than 4 hours.

3. Consume vegetables that contains fat, peanut oil, canola oil, etc.

4. Try to reduce stress unless your diet program is unsuccessful.

5. Try to manage your existence in your community.

6. Make notes and always try to remember what you eat for days.
